Colliter’s Brook is a wildlife haven, running from Dundry Hill in North Somerset, downstream to the New Cut & River Avon in Bristol’s harbour, near the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Now a group of local volunteers has created a map to help you explore the Brook!

Discover on foot its abundant plants and wildlife, stunning views and secret footpaths.

Try a short stroll on the public footpaths alongside the brook, where you might spot kingfishers, little egrets or (if you’re lucky) otters! Other public paths will take you near the brook, alongside wetlands, through Bristol’s last working farm or to panoramic views over south Bristol.

You could even track the brook – sometimes alongside, sometimes nearby – along publicly accessible footpaths for its whole 6.5km length.
